After I created my masthead I decided to look on the internet to see if my music magazine masthead had been used. I discovered that there was a company that published music but wasn't actually a music magazine, therefore I had not copy righted a magazines masthead.
This cut away proves that 'The Indiependent' isn't a music magazine.
